when table is left intentionally or when connection drops, why is chatting cleared.

I will be nice to have the chatting there when a player who leaves the table joins back in.

That sounds like a valid point and we have noted it.

Currently, a new connection simply starts with an empty chat history because the client cannot know what happened since the the disconnection. Chat traffic is live, the server does not maintain it. Another point is that if a user is not in the lobby or at a given table, that user should not see what was said when he or she was not present there.

Having said that, keeping the old table chat history available in the client could be a useful feature. It needs some further discussion to cover all its consequences. Thanks for the suggestion!
