Download mandatory update issue

Hi

I have downloaded the mandatory update today (Feb 18th) and when I try to access the game an icon appears saying I must download the mandatory update!

I have downloaded it several times and rebooted my computer but the problem still exists.

Any suggestions please?

Similar problem mate. I download the exe file but Windows just won't launch it

Thanks Bud, for confirming it's not just me (PICNIC).

Hopefully someone from the technical dept will look into the matter and advise what the solution is.

I was having the same issue but I've managed to get it working now.

It was automatically downloading in microsoft edge and showing up as a crdownload not an exe file. So, I removed the old version snooker q version from my laptop and then downloaded it with chrome and it has worked properly now and installed no problem. It may work for you.

Didn't work I'm afraid mate. I'm using Chrome anyway and then booting the completed .exe file from the DOWNLOADS folder after uninstalling the previous version.
I guess I'm off the game now until the next version comes along.

Hi Budweiser,

Apologies for the issues with the latest version.
Until we get that sorted, you can download the previous version (0.1.666) here:
https://snookerq.com/download/SnookerQS ... .1.666.exe

It will let you play as normal but without the latest features. This is a temporary solution until we can find a permanent fix.

This works good and I'm now back in action. Many thanks my friend - I was getting bored of online poker and glad to be back playing a proper game again! I will watch out for future updates.
