bad things is tournaments

SnookerQ admins , please verify players * , who in the last 2-3 days repetedly are very rude with me , they are calling me ''romanian gipsy'' and ''pig'' in chat and in pm to .This things were happenned in tournaments . I never done nothing to them , never offenced them with nothing . I heard and i think that they are the same person , with 3 laptops . Thank you , i hope you will resolv this situation .
