Tonight I played a match with Ezikielblonde71...near end of match I was ahead and it was his shot...
The clock ran out...
I waited about 5 minutes- giving him time to shoot.
He never shot, but he was still at the table...about 10 mins passed, and he never shot.

So I aborted the game.

Later we played again, and he swore he hit the Concede button.

If there really was a concession, the server logged it, so it can be checked. Do you remember the date and time when it happpened? If the logs don't have it, the reason can be as simple as a human error, clicking one pixel away from the button of even the mouse not detecting the button press.

We haven't seen complaints about such problems from other players.
