free ball bug [SOLVED]

I had a game got foul after break off, the red ball pack is still tight, it shouldn't cause free ball since the bottom red is able to hit both side although a side was blocked by the other reds. Since red block by red will not cause free ball rule. Hopes this help.

Hello,

You are right about the rule, however, you must have misjudged the space between pink and the last red. I'm sure the pink (or maybe blue?) was snookering the inner side of the last red. The free ball rule implementation is correct in this game.

If you still have doubts, try reproducing the issue in practice mode.

Thanks for reporting it anyway! Keep sending feedback whenever you see something strange or faulty, as well as suggestions for improvements.

See you around!

Well, not quite. See the attached image.
So, it is indeed a free ball.

In this situation the blue and / or the pink may block the path to the very edge of the lowest red. So it is a free ball here, too.
