Slow Play

I’m new to the game (I joined a couple of days ago) and I love this game. But I have an issue. Don’t get me wrong, personally I’m okay with someone taking their time with a shot that’s fine. But I do have an issue with someone deliberately playing slow just to waste time. I played a 3 frame game and my opponent averaged a crazy 30 second shot time average and the match match took over 40 minutes to complete and my opponent was timed out in the first frame. Is there any way to report a player for this slow play as this is way beyond normal play.
