I'm trying to login to play, but all I get is 'search' and then nothing else.

I've tried to message 'tech. dept' but after posing my original question to them, I'm then asked to confirm that I'm human.......BUT HOW !!!! ?

That screen is presented when the game cannot set up a network connection to the snookerq lobby servers. Usually, this is caused by a temporary network glitch and thus logging in again a couple of minutes later can solve the problem.

Many thanks SquaredCue........i've been through the full process...Log off/log on....re-boot computer umpteen timesbut still no joy....Internet connection is absolutely fine.....I'll keep trying...

Hi,
As you can access the forum, the problem is likely with some finer details. Can you check the configuration of your router / firewall? Aren't they restricting some port ranges, for example? Are destination ports between 42000 and 43000 enabled?
