Cue Parts - Help

Hi,

Need some help on understanding the use of cue parts.
I purchased a cue.
I have since acquired cue parts.
How to use cue parts?

Can I use them to add to the purchased cue and how?
Can I use them when purchasing new cue?
Do I use them prior to purchase of new cue?

Really have no idea any help is appreciated.

Thanks, yeah had already checked all that out, was just missing the fact that we use the cue parts when purchasing cue, all good now thanks.
