hi can u stipulate minimal numbers to play in a tournament as doesnt say and players are turning up if only 3 gets cancelled but doesnt tell us

Yes, at least four players were required to start the tournament. However, we have already learned from the practicalities so it has been changed:

If less than 3 players enter, the tournament will be cancelled.

This information will be presented on the details page and on the join page, too, if applicable.
