I know this is an old post so here's the math on it.
The break took 5 mins and 8 secs to complete
That's 308 seconds
There are 15 reds, 15 blacks and 6 colours to make the 147
Total balls potted 36
308 divided by 36 = 8.555555555555556 seconds per shot

138 seconds it is, so the average shot time is about 3.8 seconds
