I cant finish the last tut on sidespin. I pot the red with left hand side and the ball bounces off the rail and lands in the grey area but it stil doesnt register that I have passed. I have done it multiple times now and no joy. It just doesnt register. PS I am using 33 power and about 60% left hand side and sneaking in behind the reds and black. I make the shot but no joy.

Well spotted!

That exercise is currently accepted only if full or almost full left hand side is used on the cue ball, as shown in the picture when you start that topic. We will change the acceptance criterion to allow for less than full side, too.
