Why is it every time I download a mandatory update I then cannot access the game after the download?

Sorry about the trouble you're having.

100s of people have downloaded the update already and we haven't received this complaint.

No not sorted it out yet.

I get this problem every time I do a mandatory download. Can't remember how I overcame the problem last time. I have rebooted but problem still exists.

According to the logs, you haven't yet logged in with the latest version. This could mean that the new install wasn't successful, or you're installing the older version again.

I think the problem might be that Microsoft Edge is blocking the download. However, I cannot find a way to get Edge to accept the download or to by-pass Edge. Any ideas welcome - thanks.

Do you have google Chrome?

I went into downloads and whatever I did it worked...until the next update - Lol.
