Re: How many balls can you place on a snooker table?

Ok so there are 2622 balls on the table 1 is white 6 are colours Hence 2615 are reds therefore... Highest break = 2615*8(red with black for total 20920) + 27 for the colours = 20947 Lowest break = 2615 (all reds off the break like to see that shot without a colour going in too) + 2 for yellow (which...

Re: is luck allowed ?

Hi sacko7 I can tell you that if luck was not allowed I would most certainly not be here as I am almost famous for it ;) Happy to play you any time mate and if you get lucky we'll just have a laugh about it and play on okay? Like my mates have said don't put up with that abusive stuff just report it...

Re: How many balls can you place on a snooker table?

Hopefully I haven't fallen for an obvious trap but according to your fantasy rules, the possible highest break will be 20,955 with a free ball. 20,947 without a free ball. Please tell me I haven't fallen into a cheeky trap  I did misread it and fell for a trap! The above was edited. I could be...

Re: How many balls can you place on a snooker table?

Okay so there's 2622 balls and 6 of them are colours, 1 is a cue ball and the rest are reds
Assuming the ridiculous (like you got no room to move but let's just say if you did) what is the maximum break?

@Captain-Fantastic just when you thought it was over ;)

Re: How many balls can you place on a snooker table?

Ok I have a total of 78 columns therefore half are 34 and half are 33
Half of 78 is 39
Therefore (39 * 34) + (39 *33) = 2,613

Re: Rewarded for a foul shot

Just watched a game of football where the winning side was in front for the last 20 seconds of the match but they won it. The other side had lead from the start for the rest of the game. I thought of this post. Rules are you pot a red and it stays down even if you foul. That applies to all 15 reds n...

Re: Rewarded for a foul shot

@Zorro this is an Australianism mate "lift your game" I get where you are coming from but to be fair it would be a stretch to win from 34 down with only 35 on 2 sides to the coin he has to have the skill to pot the red and go in off let's be honest he could have missed the red and gone in off playin...

Re: Rewarded for a foul shot

Maybe I'm reading this wrong but you said 30 points behind before the opponent goes in off
Therefore you receive 4 points for the foul and his red doesn't count hence making you 26 points behind
There are 27 points left on for a 1 point win if you clear the table yes?
I'm confused?

Re: Snooker Trivia Question

I know this is an old post so here's the math on it.
The break took 5 mins and 8 secs to complete
That's 308 seconds
There are 15 reds, 15 blacks and 6 colours to make the 147
Total balls potted 36
308 divided by 36 = 8.555555555555556 seconds per shot

Re: new 688 flavour March 2nd

About the only thing I might add to that is try "right-clicking" the .exe file and choose Run As Administrator I find the built in AV for Windows 11 is more than adequate but if you want to run a 3rd party AV maybe see if you can add the .exe to the exceptions list Lastly make sure your windows upda...

Re: How many balls can you place on a snooker table?

I think we need to refer back to the original question here before we construct the great pyramids. Pretty sure the question referred to how many you can place "on the table" not several layers above it. My question would be do you mean how many you can fit on it or how many you can place on the tab...

Good fun different skills required to deliberately play to go in off and canons (Billiards) so yeah in sho...
