i uninstalled the game a week back, I tried to reinstall it today. it is not loading.
it gets stuck at the start everytime.

tried to download the new setup from the website, but same issue.
Restarted pc, cleared cache and temporary files. no luck

when table is left intentionally or when connection drops, why is chatting cleared.

I will be nice to have the chatting there when a player who leaves the table joins back in.

I am left-handed and I use mouse with left hand and buttons are INDEED swapped.
I tried swapping buttons back to default and then tried to shoot. It worked as it should. Thanks.

All is good for me except I have to right-click to fix the aim.

Left clicking after setting the aim deselects the cue and aim is lost.

to set the the aim again, I have to click cue ball and repeat he process

why do I have to right-click every time after setting the aim to make the cue ball appear?

my friends say they can do it just by left-clicking.

When i left click after setting the aim, cue ball gets deselected and aim is lost.

Hello, I think it will be nice to have information about progress of match at the lounge screen. (I have attached the screenshot to make it easier to understand.) Like when game starts, it should say 15 reds remaining, in somewhere middle shows the number red balls remaining, like 10, 5, 3, or 1 red...

hi, I have a suggesion about SnookerQ name..

what if the name SnookerQ is changed to SnooQer.
Logo can remain the same.

Can we have an option to peek on other people's game when we are in the game. a green dot shows players in the game, hovering mouse over any of the player who is in game should bring up a small window showing game table.

It will be helpful in tournaments as well.

Why do we need to click Cue Ball for every shot.

Moving the mouse around should be enough to set the aim line on the target ball.
Once the target ball is potted, cue ball by default should be selected and aim line be in one particular direction (like vertical or horizontal)
