Elo ratings are a comparative only, and are valid only within the rating pool in which they were calculated, rather than being an absolute measure of a player's strength.

I suggest that a new player to receive the rank and the rating of the worst player from the rankings list ! After playing 1 frame , he will go up or down on the rankings list ! This is the most fair way to have a real rankings list ! For the moment, the rankings list is a nonsense list !
