The way the game is laid out now will be impossible to play on a mobile game. In the future we will think about maybe making a version for mobile, but right now we're focusing on completing the PC version.

I can confirm that an advanced Replays feature is being worked on where you can view frames, matches, tournaments and top shots from the past. This has been a highly requested feature and I can assure you, it's being worked on.
